Where Songtrivia is sold
Subscriptions and individual purchases are available worldwide. Pricing is shown in the local currency and includes all applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on platform.
03Subscriptions
Premium plans
Songtrivia Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel anytime from your platform's subscription manager.
04In-app purchases
Coin packs and unlocks
In-app purchases (coin packs, theme unlocks) are one-time payments, non-refundable once consumed. Unused coins remain available indefinitely on your account.
05Refunds
Refund policy
Refund requests are handled by the platform that processed the payment (Apple, Google, or Stripe). Songtrivia provides best-effort support for refund coordination but cannot directly issue refunds.
06Withdrawal
14-day cooling-off period
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on subscriptions, in accordance with the French Consumer Code. The right is forfeited if you have started using the premium service within that period.
07Law
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted first to amicable resolution, then to the competent Paris court.
